Clarksville, TN – The most recent Clarksville Police Department operation targeting the sale of alcohol to underage persons resulted in no violations, and the Special Operations Unit Commander, Captain Craig Gipson was far from disappointed. “This is the first time that such an operation has been conducted where there was 100 percent compliance,” stated Gipson.
The February 2nd, 2017 operation included compliance checks at fifteen local businesses. Every business was found in compliance and no citations were issued.

On December 2nd, 2016 at approximately 3:00am, an unknown black male dressed in a dark gray hoodie, dark jeans, and a blue bandanna partially covering his face, entered the Minit Mart located near the intersection of Trenton Road and Needmore Road (2690 Trenton Road).

Clarksville, TN – On Friday, April 29th, 2016, Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Agents of the Clarksville Police Department’s Special Operation Unit conducted operations targeting the sales of alcohol to underage persons.
Compliance checks were done on 14 businesses with only 12 businesses being found in compliance. Two businesses were cited for sales of alcohol to underage persons.

Clarksville, TN – On Thursday, May 7th, 2015, Alcohol Beverage Control Agents of the Clarksville Police Department Special Operations Unit conducted compliance checks on twenty-one businesses, targeting the sales of alcohol to persons under 21 years of age.
Sixteen of the businesses were found to be in compliance and five businesses were cited for sales of alcohol to persons under the legal age. Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department is looking for assistance to identify two Aggravated Robbery suspects. The robbery occurred December 28th, 2010 around 2:16am, at the Minit Mart, 1230 Peachers Mill Road.
The robbers ran to the store from behind a dumpster and left on foot the same direction.
