CPSC reports Graco recalls 11 Models of Strollers Due to Fingertip Amputation Hazard

 

U.S. Consumer Product Safety CommissionWashington, D.C. – The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission reports Graco is recalling strollers because the folding hinge of the stroller can pinch a child’s finger, posing a laceration or amputation hazard. Strollers were sold at Target, Toys R Us, Walmart and other retail stores nationwide.

Consumers should stop using this product unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.

Britax recalls Strollers Due to Partial Fingertip Amputation Hazard

 

U.S. Consumer Product Safety CommissionWashington, D.C. – The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission reports strollers recalled by Britax Child Safety Inc. because the hinge can partially amputate customer’s fingertips, break fingers and or cause lacerations, among other injuries, when they press the release button while pulling on the release strap.

Consumers should stop using this product unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.

Kolcraft recalls Jeep Liberty Strollers Due to Projectile Hazard

 

U.S. Consumer Product Safety CommissionWashington D.C. – Kolcraft Enterprises Inc. is recalling it’s Jeep Liberty Strollers because the inner tube of the tire on the stroller can rupture causing the wheel rim to fracture and fly off as a projectile, posing a risk of bodily injury and property damage.

U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)  says consumers should stop using this product unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.

Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. Kolcraft Enterprises Inc. recalled strollers because hinge on strollers can cause finger laceration or finger tip amputation.

2011 Feds Feed Families 5K Fun Run/Walk

 

Morale, Welfare and RecreationFort Campbell, KY – Feds Feed Families is a government-wide effort led by the Chief Human Capital Officers (CHCO) Council, in partnership with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). Army Community Service (ACS) will be holding a 5K Fun Run/Walk on August 20th to support this program.

The run will be held at Waholi Pavilion with registration starting at 7:30am. There is no fee, but please bring a non-perishable food item. Pets and strollers are allowed and everyone is welcome to participate. No bicycles please. Water will be provided.
