Austin Peay State University Public Relations, Marketing earns 16 Tennessee College Public Relations Association trophies

 

APSU Department of MusicClarksville, TN – The Austin Peay State University (APSU) Public Relations and Marketing team won 16 awards during the 2019 Tennessee College Public Relations Association Awards at the association’s May 24th annual meeting.

The team won four golds, five silvers and seven bronzes.

The All State Staff, APSU student newspaper wins 10 awards at Southeast Journalism Conference

 

Austin Peay State University - APSUClarksville, TN – The Austin Peay State University student newspaper, The All State, earned 10 awards from the Southeast Journalism Conference, including first place and second place for Best Press Photography, during the annual conference in Oxford, Mississippi on Friday, February 17th, 2017.

Southeast Journalism Conference ranks APSU’s The All State as best college newspaper for 2016

 

APSU Student Newspaper - The All State - Austin Peay State UniversityClarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University’s student-produced newspaper The All State, after 85 years in print, can declare itself as the finest college paper in the Southeastern U.S.

The All State took first overall in the best college newspaper category at last week’s Southeast Journalism Conference (SEJC), held February 18th-20th on the campus of APSU. The All State also placed third overall as best college website, while editor-in-chief Katelyn Clark, photo editor Taylor Slifko and staff writer Sarah Eskildson combined to finish second for best public service journalism.

APSU’s student newspaper The All State takes home state, AP awards

 

Austin Peay State University - APSUClarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University’s student newspaper, The All State, was recently honored for its excellence on both the regional and state levels.

The All State earned a No. 4 in the South ranking on February 27th at the annual Southeast Journalism Conference (SEJC), held February 27th-28th at Georgia State University in Atlanta.
