Organizational Meeting
Clarksville, TN – It’s baaa-ack! Our 5th Annual Wags to Witches Fur Ball Bash fundraiser has raised nearly $70,000 for the Humane Society of Clarksville-Montgomery County over the last several years. Its success has even received from front page coverage in The Leaf Chronicle and Nashville’s The Tennessean, too!
This year’s event will be held on Saturday October 29th from 7:00pm-Midnight at The Riverview Inn ballroom (mark your calendars now!)!
We will be recruiting several worker bees in the near future, but right now we are seeking a handful of volunteers that are interested in being part of our core leadership Team that will ensure the Wags success our community has grown to expect from this event, which was voted as last years Best Charitable Event!
We will be holding an organizational meeting tomorrow, Thursday, August 11th at 6:00pm at the Riverview Inn ballroom to establish committees, brainstorm fabulous ideas, come up with this year’s theme, etc. Please RSVP by 3:00pm on Thursday if you plan to attend, so we know to expect you. Please include any areas of particular interest to you.
Can’t attend the organizational/decor meeting but interested in helping on a committee? There are many areas we’ll need help with: entertainment/contests, solicitations, PR, graphic design, decorations, mailings, food, slide show, photography, etc.
