Montgomery County Animal Care and Control Hosts Annual Scotti Reif Superhero Adoption Event

 

Montgomery County Animal Care and ControlMontgomery County, TN – On Saturday, October 26th, 2019, Montgomery County Animal Care and Control (MCACC) will host its third annual superhero adoption event from 10:00am to 3:00pm at 616 North Spring Street in remembrance of Scotti Reif, son of MCACC employee Adria Reif.

Scotti was an avid animal lover who often helped his mom care for the cats and dogs at MCACC. Scotti passed away in August 2016. The adoption event is done to honor Scotti’s memory and help homeless pets find loving homes.

“We host this event each year to honor Scotti’s spirit of love for animals. Our hope is that Scotti’s love for animals will inspire others to be superheroes by providing caring homes for the cats and dogs in our shelter” said MCACC Director David Kaske.

During this event, the $25.00 adoption fee will be waived to adopt or sponsor a cat or dog in memory of Scotti. Food and beverages will be available and goody bags will be given to adopters. For more information contact Montgomery County Animal Care and Control at 931.648.5750.
