Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police have released the name of the motorcyclist involved in a hit and run motorcycle crash which occurred on Sunday, July 23rd, 2017 at the 700 Block of Providence Boulevard. The rider of the motorcycle’s name is Ronnie Waller, 31 of Clarksville.

The motorcycle ridden by Waller was traveling south on Providence Boulevard when the crash occurred.

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are investigating a hit and run motorcycle crash which occurred on Sunday, July 23rd, 2017 around 11:54pm at the 700 Block of Providence Boulevard.

There are very few details available in reference to the cause of the crash.

Clarksville Police arrest David Wi in death of his 2-year-old stepson Joseph Bankston

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On October 16th, 2015 Clarksville Police Department Homicide detectives with the assistance of Fort Campbell Criminal Investigations Division (CID), secured an arrest warrant for David Wi (ASIAN Male, 12/27/1991, 628 Lafayette Road Clarksville, TN), for the charge of Conspiracy to Commit Criminal Homicide.

This arrest is in connection to the October 4th murder of 2-year-old Joseph Bankston. Wi is a soldier stationed at Fort Campbell, KY, and is the stepfather to Joseph Bankston.

Clarksville Police release victims names in shooting on Princeton Drive

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Sunday, September 4th, 2015 at 11:10pm, the Clarksville Police Department responded to a shots fired call on Princeton Drive where two persons were shot. A  2-year-old victim who died on scene.

The homicide victim has been identified as Joseph Bankston (2yrs, 11 months old). The adult shooting victim, 22-year-old Brandon Jimenez, is in critical but stable condition at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

There were two shot victims. An adult victim is currently in critical condition.

There was also a 2-year-old victim who died on scene. He will have turned 3 years old this month.

Consumer ReportsYonkers, NY – The Toyota Camry Hybrid is the best overall value for the automotive dollar according to Consumer Reports’ 2014 Annual New-Car Value Rankings.

Consumer Reports calculated that the Camry Hybrid earned the highest value score of 2.01, which indicates consumer dollars go about twice as far with this car than they do with the average-value car.

Clarksville Police reports shooting at BP on Lafayette Road

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – This morning, January 10th, 2014 at 8:48am, the Clarksville Police Department, with assistance from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, responded to a shooting that occurred at the BP (Kangaroo and The Pantry) on Lafayette Road and Ryder Avenue.

The week started off great and there were no DUIs from the 18th to the 23rd , then things went downhill. There were a total of 15 for the week.

Clarksville Police arrest Man for Impersonating a Police Officer

 

Police charged a man with Criminal Impersonation after a woman recently reported a traffic stop was made on her vehicle in October.

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – A 25 year old woman, with her child in the car, didn’t think it was out of the ordinary when her car was being pulled over by a gold Chevrolet Impala after exiting Interstate 24 at exit 11 on the Hwy 76 Connector.

She could see the Impala following closely behind her in the rearview mirror with flashing white lights and heard a siren. The driver of the Impala motioned for the woman to pull to the side of the road.
