Clarksville Fire and Rescue performs annual flow and pressure tests and flushes every city owned fire hydrant to ensure they are adequate and operational for firefighting.

Clarksville Gas and Water reports Oakland Road Water Outage for Water Valve Work

 

Monday, November 7th, 2016

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has turned off water service on Oakland Road from Fallbrook Lane to Flower Drive for water valve inspection and maintenance work.

Onsite crews have also opened a fire hydrant and area residents will see water running during the work.

The valve work is anticipated to be finished and water service restored by approximately 2:15pm.

Clarksville Gas and Water announces Stonemeadow Road Water Outage Planned

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has planned a water outage on Thursday, January 2nd, 2014, at 7:30am on Stonemeadow Road to repair a fire hydrant. The water outage will affect Stone Meadow Road from Springlot Road to Foxfire Road and all of Foxfire Road.

Weather permitting, the repair work will be complete and water restored by approximately 10:30am. The road will be open to traffic.

Clarksville Gas and Water Department announces North Riverside Drive Lane Closure Planned

 

Tuesday, July 16th, 2013

Clarksville Gas and Water DepartmentClarksville, TN – A Clarksville Gas and Water construction crew will close approximately 500 feet of the outer eastbound lane on North Riverside Drive at the North Spring Street intersection tomorrow from 7:30am until approximately 12:30pm.

Workers will relocate a fire hydrant that will also require closing North Spring Street between North Riverside Drive and McClure Street.

The inside lane of North Riverside Drive will be open to motorists and North Spring Street traffic will be directed to McClure Street.
