In April, Mike Baker, Building and Codes Director since 2012, announced he will retire from the post June 30th after 20 years with the department.

Clarksville Department of Building and Codes to start accepting Applications for Mechanical Systems Permints January 1st, 2013
Clarksville, TN – On January 1st, 2013, the Clarksville Building and Codes Department will begin accepting applications for mechanical systems permits. The permits will be required for all builders and/or contractors who install, enlarge, alter, repair, improve, remove, convert or replace HVAC systems.
