Queen City Lions Club awards Three Montgomery County Sheriff Deputies

 

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – Three deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office were recognized by the Queen City Lions Club for their service to the community at their annual pancake breakfast.

Deputy Dale Tuel received the Lions Cub Award. The award is presented to a deputy in their first year of service. Tuel received the recognition for his dedication and professionalism to the job. Tuel incorporates the knowledge and discipline he learned in the military into his career at the Sheriff’s Office.

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – The Citizens Police Academy Alumni will host a Pancake Breakfast at Applebee’s on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. on July 28th from 7:30am to 9:30am. Tickets are $5.00 for pancakes, sausage, and drink.

Kiwanis Club to hold annual Memorial Day Pancake Breakfast this weekend

 

The Kiwanis Club of Clarksville are holding their annual John D. Maddox Sr. Memorial Day Pancake Breakfast this Saturday from 7:00a.m. – 11:00a.m. at First Baptist Church (435 Madison Street). Come join them for “All you can eat” pancakes and sausage!

Community gathers for Pancakes and Philanthropy benefiting the Salvation Army

 

The Salvation Army LogoIt is not often that you can take $5 and do something that helps your community, but yesterday that was indeed the case at the Salvation Army’s Pancake Breakfast. Almost 400 people came together at the James D. Amos Homeless Shelter on Kraft Street to enjoy a tasty breakfast of Pancakes and Sausage. The money raised is used to help operate the newly built shelter, and to support other Salvation Army programs in our local area. The Salvation Army’s operations in Montgomery County require almost $19,000 a month.
