City of ClarksvilleClarksville, TN – As a service to City residents, the Clarksville Street Department is conducting a citywide pickup of yard debris and tree limbs caused by the severe October 26th wind storm.

Clarksville Street Department is busy removing storm debris across the City that has been moved by residents and piled along the roadside. However, residents should know that the Department does not remove debris processed by a commercial tree-removal service.

Bi-County Landfill Accepting Storm Debris Today

 

Montgomery County Government TennesseeMontgomery County, TN – Bi-County Solid Waste Management is accepting storm debris at the main landfill at 3212 Dover Road in Woodlawn, Tennessee today, Sunday, October 27th, 2019 until 5:00pm.

The landfill operation is normally closed on Sundays but is open today to accommodate residents who would like to bring their storm debris to the landfill.

Storm Debris will be taken in by the Bi-County Solid Waste Management main landfill today.

Clarksville Street Department offers Storm Debris Pick Up

 

City of Clarksville - Clarksville, TNClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Street Department is offering to pick up storm debris from last nights storm if your property is located inside the Clarksville City Limits.

All debris must be less than three feet long and or in paper bags and stack on your property close to the street but not in the street. This opportunity expires two weeks from today, July 2nd, 2014.

City offers yard-debris pick-up

 

yard-debrisClarksville residents who have storm debris in their yards from last week’s severe weather can have it picked up by the Clarksville Street Department.

Citizens are asked to put the items that they would like to have picked-up close to the road. Items to be removed must be in biodegradable paper bags or cardboard boxes.

Yard debris is defined as normal yard waste such as grass clippings, leaves, limbs and etc. Tree limbs must be 4-foot in length or less. Tree limbs left from tree pruning by a commercial company will not be accepted.
