Montgomery County Clerk’s Office announces Update to Services

 

Montgomery County Government TennesseeMontgomery County, TN – The Montgomery County Clerk’s Office is informing citizens that expiration dates for vehicle registrations have been extended for those that expire in March and April.

Based on Tennessee Governor Bill Lee’s Executive Order, registration renewal expirations, temporary operating permits as well as disabled placard renewals that would have been renewed in March or April, have now been extended until June 15th, 2020.

TWRA announces New 2020-21 Tennessee Hunting and Fishing Licenses are on Sale Now

 

Help Support Wildlife Conservation in the State

Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency - TWRANashville, TN – The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) says it’s time to purchase your new hunting and fishing license. The new 2020-21 Tennessee hunting and fishing licenses are now on sale, with over one million licenses expected to be purchased in the coming year. All current yearly Tennessee hunting and fishing licenses expire February 29th, 2020.

Licenses are available online anytime at www.GoOutdoorsTennessee.com, on the TWRA “On the Go App,” or at one of more than 700 license agents across the state.

TWRA announces New Fishing Regulations in Effect, new Tennessee Fishing Guide available

 

Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) 

Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency - TWRANashville, TN – Tennessee’s 2019-20 fishing regulations went into effect March 1st and anglers are encouraged to obtain the new Tennessee Fishing Guide now available at locations throughout the state, on the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency website (www.tnwildlife.org) and on the TWRA “On the App.”

Hard copies of the guide are available wherever hunting and fishing licenses are sold and at the TWRA’s four regional offices located in Jackson (Region I), Nashville (Region II), Crossville (Region III), and Morristown (Region IV). This year’s statewide and specific region regulation changes to are featured on page 4 of the guide.

TWRA announces New Artwork on Collectible Tennessee Hunting and Fishing License Card

Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency - TWRANashville, TN – A new design featuring waterfowl and a retriever is now one of the choices available on a hard-copy hunting and fishing license from the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA).

Beginning in 2017 when purchasing their licenses, sportsmen had the opportunity to purchase a hard-copy collector’s item. The new addition is created from a painting by Tennessee artist Phillip Crowe, who has dedicated his time and art to organizations who care about wildlife.

TWRA announces 2017-18 Hunting and Fishing Licenses to go on Sale February 18th

 

Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency - TWRANashville, TN – The 2017-18 Tennessee hunting and fishing licenses will go on sale Saturday, February 18th.

Licenses are available at Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) regional offices, license agents, on the TWRA website, www.tnwildlife.org, and at the TWRA “On the Go App” and charged to a credit card.  

The 2017-18 licenses are valid through February 2018. License sales provide the primary funding for the TWRA, which does not receive any funding from the state’s general fund (i.e. state sales tax). The 2016-17 licenses expire February 28th.

The relaxed atmosphere of the BOW workshop is primarily aimed at women, and is an opportunity for those 18 or older to learn outdoor skills usually associated with hunting and fishing.
