Nashville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) reports that from now through Wednesday September 30th, from 8:00am-6:00pm (excluding weekends), there will be lane closures on SR 13, from McWhorter Road to east of Budds Creek Road in the Cunningham community, in order for Montgomery County Gas Authority to install 6” steel gas main.
Montgomery and Robertson Counties
From now through November 2015, from 9:00am-3:00pm (excluding weekends), there will be lane closures on SR 76 eastbound, between Port Royal Road and Harmony Church Road in the city of Adams, in order for Cumberland Electric Membership Corp to place aerial cable at several locations.
Davidson County
Bridge Rehabilitation on I-40 at Charlotte Avenue, Johnston Avenue, Clinton Street, and Herman Street
From now through Monday October 12th, from 8:00pm-6:00am (excluding weekends), there will be lane closures on I-40 in both directions, between Clinton Avenue and Charlotte Avenue, for bridge replacement prep, barrier wall operations, milling operations, and bridge work. One lane will remain open.
On Friday October 2nd, from 8:00pm through Monday October 5th, at 6:00am, all lanes of I-40 along the Nashville downtown loop will be closed, from the I-40/I-65 split west of downtown to the I-40/I-65 split south of downtown, for bridge repairs. Detours will be in place.
On Thursday October 1st through Wednesday October 7th, from 8:00pm-6:00am, there will be moving lane closures on SR 1 (Murfreesboro Road), from I-40 to Bell Road, for striping operations.
On Thursday October 1st through Wednesday October 7th, from 8:00pm-6:00am, there will be moving lane closures on SR 112 (Ashland City Hwy), from SR 155 (Briley Parkway) to Old Hickory Boulevard, for striping operations.
Cheatham County
Bridge Replacement on I-40 over the Harpeth River
From now through July 2016, Anderson Road at the I-40 overpass will be closed. Detours are in place.
On Monday October 5th through Wednesday October 7th, from 9:00am–3:00pm, there will be shoulder closures on the I-40 off-ramps to Exit 192 (McCrory Lane) for sign installation. All ramps will remain open.
