It has not been definitively determined how Lynch arrived at the Dover location but his car was in the parking lot.

When officers went to the car, it was found running with an unattended one year old male child in the back seat alone, sweating profusely; the car was running but air conditioning was not turned on. Based on the investigation and limited details available, it appears the child was alone in the car for over four hours.

DeMarcus Lynch, 24, was charged with Aggravated Child Abuse & Neglect and Public Intoxication. His bond is set at $25,000.

The child was unharmed and turned over to a family member.
