The Enterprise Holdings Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Enterprise Holdings, continued its support as a valued corporate partner of Career Services with a $4,500 donation earlier this summer. The Enterprise Holdings Foundation makes an annual donation to support Career Services in its goal to increase student success and job opportunities for students and alumni.

Bethany Beaty, talent acquisition manager at Enterprise Holdings, spoke during the event about the caliber of employees she recruits from APSU.

“The students that we get from Austin Peay definitely stand out, whether it’s through our management trainee program or our intern program,” Beaty said. “We know that whenever we get a student from Austin Peay, they are going to go above and beyond and really do everything that we ask them to do.”

Dr. Amanda Walker, director of Career Services, commended Enterprise for the support they offer APSU students at all stages of the hiring process.

“One of the best things I like about Enterprise is they’re willing to give students feedback,” she said. “They’re willing to tell them what’s going to make them better during the interview process, whether it’s with their company or with another company. Few companies are willing to do that this day in time.”
