Clarksville, TN – On Sunday, October 20th just in time for Halloween, Planters Bank Presents… Tim Burton’s brilliantly bizarre, creepy classic comedy “Beetlejuice” on the big screen at the Roxy Regional Theatre at 2:00pm.
Alec Baldwin and Geena Davis play newlyweds who are killed suddenly and don’t realize it until a city family moves into their home. Desperate to get rid of the new owners, they seek the advice of an unsavory self-proclaimed “bio-exorcist,” played to perfection by Michael Keaton.
Rating: PG / Running time: 92 minutes / Release year: 1988 / Director: Tim Burton / Cast: Michael Keaton, Alec Baldwin, Geena Davis, Jeffrey Jones, Catherine O’Hara, Winona Ryder
Admission is $5.00 (cash or check only), and tickets are available at the box office between 9:00am and 2:00pm, Monday through Friday. Any remaining tickets will be available beginning an hour prior to showtime. Advance ticket purchases are strongly encouraged. Popcorn, assorted candy and beverages will be available as concessions.
While you are here next Sunday, be sure to pick up your tickets for the next installment in our Planters Bank Presents… Film Series, “Hocus Pocus”, showing Sunday, October 27th at 2:00pm. This movie was extremely popular and sold out screenings when we presented it the past two years, so we recommend getting your tickets as soon as possible once they go on sale this Sunday.
In the coming weeks, you can also look for such favorites as “The Wizard Of Oz”, “Elf”, “The Polar Express”, “It’s A Wonderful Life” and “White Christmas”.
