Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police reports Timothy Ogburn has been located in Oak Grove, KY and the investigation is still ongoing.

Ogburn is a person of interest in two separate homicides in Clarksville. The first is the shooting death of Julian Torres on May 19th behind Bob’s Discount Tobacco located on 505 Providence Boulevard.

Clarksville Police are searching for Timothy Ogburn as “Person of Interest” in Two Separate Homicides

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are looking for Timothy Ogburn, age 27. He is a “person of interest” in two separate homicides: May 19th and May 23rd.

The latest homicide, in which Timothy Ogburn is a person of interest, occurred this morning, Wednesday, May 23rd around 12:40am.

Clarksville Police Officers responded to a shots fired call in the area of Providence Boulevard and were flagged down at the 200 Block of Mitchell Street by a man who said a passenger inside of the vehicle had been shot.

AAA reports New Vehicle Infotainment Systems Create Increased Distractions Behind the Wheel

 

AAAWashington, D.C. – New vehicle infotainment systems take drivers’ eyes and attention off the road and hands off the wheel for potentially dangerous periods of time, according to new research from the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety.

Drivers using in-vehicle technologies like voice-based and touch screen features were visually and mentally distracted for more than 40 seconds when completing tasks like programming navigation or sending a text message.

TBI adds Escaped Murder Suspect Antoine Adams to Top Ten Most Wanted List

 

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has a new addition to its ‘Top 10 Most Wanted’ list: Antoine Lashun Adams.

Adams (DOB 11-21-89) is wanted by the Marshall County (Mississippi) Sheriff’s Office, the Memphis Police Department, and the TBI, after escaping from a jail in Marshall County, Mississippi on November 5th.

There, he was being held in connection to a homicide in Slayden, MS, but Adams also faces First Degree Murder and Especially Aggravated Robbery charges in Shelby County, Tennessee, in connection to the death of Marquis Bell in February 2017.

Clarksville Police handle multiple calls Saturday night/Sunday morning

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police nightshift patrol officers were kept busy Saturday night and Sunday morning with numerous calls-for-service that included vandalism with a firearm and a vehicle crashing into a house.

Officers investigated a report of shots fired around Paddock Place Apartments on Union Hall Road at 9:25pm. Five vehicles were found with bullet damage. Witnesses reported a slim black or Hispanic male, dressed in black, running from the scene.

TBI adds Shelbyville Man to Most Wanted List

 

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has a new addition to the state’s Top Ten Most Wanted list, Michael Domonic Sales of Shelbyville.

Sales is wanted by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Fayetteville Police Department for Homicide in the shooting death of Carlton Capone Caruth in Fayetteville, Tennessee, on September 6th.

Clarksville Police respond to shots fired at Pat Drive; St. Bethlehem Elementary was locked down

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – At 11:29am today, January 13th, an incident occurred on Pat Drive. The Clarksville Police Department was dispatched to the area because the victim who left prior to arrival of police because they were being shot at by a suspect in a Green Chrysler 300.

Clarksville Police arrest Man out on Bond for stealing a Car with a Seven Year Old inside

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On December 10th, 2012 around 7:26pm, Clarksville Police Officers responded to a kidnapping at Dollar General Market, 1945 Madison Street, Sharonda Belvin, 26, went inside of the store to pick up some medicine, left her 7 year old son alone in the backseat of her Chrysler 300 with the vehicle running and the doors unlocked.

Belvin had thought the doors had locked, but they did not. Belvin came out of the store about 10-15 minutes later and her vehicle and son were gone.

Consumer Reports Auto Reliability Surveys shows Ford Continuing to Fall while Seven Japanese Brands Top List

Consumer ReportsYonkers, NY – A perfect storm of reliability problems has dropped Ford to next to last among the 28 car brands ranked in Consumer Reports 2012 Annual Auto Reliability Survey, while its luxury brand, Lincoln, placed just a notch higher. The findings were released today before the Automotive Press Association in Detroit.

Only two years ago, Ford was Detroit’s poster child for reliability. It cracked the top 10 among brands in Consumer Reports predicted-reliability scores, with more than 90 percent of its models being average or better. Clarksville Police report Confrontation over a Balloon leads to Shots Fired

 

Police Looking for Suspect

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On September 24th, 2012, around 5:30pm, Clarksville Police Officers responded to a shooting in progress call in the Barkwood Drive area.

When officers arrived on scene, the shooting suspects had already fled from the area in an older model light gray Ford Thunderbird. The 41 year old female and 24 year old male victims were still at the scene, unharmed.
