Visit Clarksville TennesseeClarksville, TN – Savana Hodge, Miss Davidson County, was crowned Miss Tennessee USA Saturday at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee. Bailey Guy, Miss Greater Nashville, was crowned Miss Tennessee Teen USA.

The new title-holders and the runners-up received numerous prizes and scholarships, including custom-designed jewelry from Clarksville Jeweler Elliott Herzlich.

Michael Ray and Chris Lane to perform at First Tennessee Park as part of “CMT Hot 20 Countdown” taping on Tuesday, July 25th

 

Two Performances Open to Fans with Ticket to Nashville Sounds Game Against Las Vegas 51s

Nashville SoundsNashville, TN – Country music stars Michael Ray and Chris Lane will give a special performance at First Tennessee Park as part of “CMT Hot 20 Countdown” to be filmed prior to the Nashville Sounds’ game on Tuesday, July 25th.

Ray will take the stage at 4:00pm at the Guitar Scoreboard Plaza and Lane will follow at 5:00pm.

Fans with a ticket to the Sounds game against the Las Vegas 51s will be permitted in the ballpark for the concert. The Right Field Entrance (located on 5th Avenue) to First Tennessee Park will open at 3:00pm and the ballpark will remain open for the concert and game.

Nashville Sounds begin eight game home stand Tuesday, July 30th

 

Nashville SoundsNashville, TN – The Nashville Sounds return to Greer Stadium on Tuesday, July 30th, for their ninth homestand of the season.

The stand is the last to feature eight games, beginning with a four-game series with the Las Vegas 51s (New York Mets affiliate) spanning July 30th-August 2nd, and another with the Tucson Padres (San Diego Padres affiliate).

The homestand will be highlighted by two fireworks shows, two giveaway nights, Star Wars Night and the final BURGER KING Throwback Thursday and Trevecca Nazarene University FAITH NIGHTS.
