Nashville, TN- The Round Rock Express rallied from a mid-game four-run deficit to eventually hang an 8-6, 10-inning defeat on the Nashville Sounds on Sunday evening at Greer Stadium.
Nashville (51-78), which led 5-1 entering the sixth inning, fell to 1-7 in extra-inning play this season (0-4 at home).
In the decisive tenth frame, Round Rock loaded the bases with no outs on a walk sandwiched by a pair of singles against Travis Webb. Engel Beltre delivered a go-ahead RBI single to center before Alex Buchholz chased Webb with an RBI groundout that gave the Express an 8-6 lead.

Nashville, TN – The Nashville Sounds scored an unearned run in the bottom of the ninth inning to claim a 3-2 victory over the Round Rock Express in the opener of a three-game series on Monday evening at Greer Stadium.
In the Nashville ninth, Khris Davis legged out a one-out infield single against Nate Robertson (2-4) and later stole second with two outs to place himself in scoring position for Caleb Gindl, who hit a grounder to second base that was booted by Yangervis Solarte to allow Davis to race home with the game-winning run.

Nashville, TN – The Nashville Sounds were held to six hits Sunday night at Dell Diamond on the losing side of a 3-2 contest against the Round Rock Express.
Nashville had their best chance to rally in the eighth inning with two men on and none out, but Caleb Gindl hit into a double play to reduce the opportunity. Blake Davis, who singled to lead off the inning, came around to score on a fielding error by Round Rock’s shortstop, but that would be Nashville’s last run.

Nashville Sounds lose 9-5 at Round Rock Express

Round Rock, TX – The Nashville Sounds opened their road trip on the short end of an 8-5 defeat at the hands of the Round Rock Express on Saturday evening at The Dell Diamond in the opener of a four-game series.
The Sounds (17-37) continued their struggles away from Music City, losing for the 17th time in their last 21 road games.
