Tennessee TitansNashville, TN – The Tennessee Titans and Los Angeles Chargers share a long and storied history. The two teams, founding members of the American Football League, have met 46 times since 1960. The Chargers lead the series 28-17-1.

Most recently, the Titans played the franchise’s first overseas game against the Chargers in London on October 21st, 2018. A touchdown pass from Marcus Mariota to tight end Luke Stocker put the Titans behind by one point with 31 seconds remaining.

Tennessee TitansNashville, TN – The Tennessee Titans, who put up 35 points in consecutive weeks for the first time since the 2004 season, could not overcome their three turnovers, including two returned for scores, and fell to the San Diego Chargers, 43-35, at Qualcomm Stadium.

San Diego jumped out to an early 16-0 lead, as Chargers QB Philip Rivers directed two touchdown drives, finding Chargers TE Antonio Gates for a 13-yard score and Chargers WR Tyrell Williams for a six-yard strike. Chargers K Josh Lambo also added a 32-yard field goal, while the San Diego defense forced consecutive Titans three-and-outs.

Tennessee TitansNashville, TN – The Tennessee Titans and Los Angeles Chargers share a long and storied history. The two teams, founding members of the American Football League, have met 45 times since 1960. The Chargers lead the series 27-17-1.

The Titans were founded as the Houston Oilers and moved to Tennessee in 1997 before becoming the Titans in 1999. The Chargers began in Los Angeles in 1960, moved to San Diego in 1961, and moved back to Los Angeles in 2017.

Tennessee TitansNashville, TN – This week’s game will mark the 47th all-time contest between the Tennessee Titans and the Indianapolis Colts. The Colts lead the series 31-15. Earlier in 2017 (October 16th), the Titans snapped the Colts’ 11-game winning streak in the series with a 36-22 victory at Nissan Stadium.

The Titans scored 21 points in the fourth quarter, including a 53-yard touchdown pass from Marcus Mariota to Taywan Taylor that broke a 22-22 tie with less than six minutes remaining in the fourth quarter.
