Clarksville, TN – The Public is being asked to help the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office locate four individuals with outstanding warrants.
MCSO is looking for Joshua David Shandle (eight warrants), Shaun Austin Swift (five warrants), Shawnquavious Kiwane Kelly (three warrants), and Tiffany Dawn Miller (three warrants).

Clarksville, TN – Fugitive Erastus James Mummery, age 34, was apprehended by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on Saturday, November 24th, 2018.
Deputies received a tip he was located at a home in the 4500 block of Bartons Creek Road. Mummery was taken into custody after leading deputies on a short foot pursuit through a field behind the residence.
One deputy was injured during the foot pursuit. He was treated by Emergency Medical Services at the scene. No one else was injured during the pursuit.

A Combination of Citizen Awareness, Field Interview, and Good Police Work Lead to Arrest of Vehicle Burglars
Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department reports that the arrest of two vehicles burglars started out with a vigilant citizen calling in a suspicious vehicle around 3:00am, Tuesday, August 21st, 2018 that had been making multiple passes through a neighborhood and stopping at the corner of Kathleen Court and Pam Drive.
Clarksville Police Officers located the vehicle and it was occupied by a female who had been left with the vehicle and claimed to be waiting for two men looking for a dog.

Clarksville, TN – Investigators with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a Clarksville man with warrants on file and is a person of interest in numerous thefts throughout the county.
Timothy Belew, 33, has warrants on file for evading arrest, theft of a motor vehicle, and violation of probation.
Belew evaded arrest on March 30th, 2018, when police spotted him in a stolen vehicle and attempted a traffic stop. Belew drove the vehicle into oncoming traffic nearly hitting several motorists to avoid arrest.
Clarksville, TN – Investigators with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office led by Sergeant William Wall apprehended Cemage Darquez Garrard at approximately 3:00pm this afternoon, November 25th, 2017 at an apartment in the 700 block of Main Street.
Garrard, 23, had multiple warrants on file for two counts of aggravated kidnapping, two counts of aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, two counts of felony evading in a vehicle, three counts of driving on a suspended or revoked license, improper stopping at a stop sign, following to close, leaving the scene of an accident, violation of probation and escape.
Clarksville, TN – Warrant Wednesday is being conducted by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) to help reduce the over 6000 active warrants on file.
Every Wednesday three wanted individuals will be spotlighted on the Sheriff’s Office Facebook page. They will be chosen based on felonies committed, number of warrants on file, or if they are considered dangerous.
This week’s Warrant Wednesday focuses on Anthony Keith Atkins, Michael Joshua Richardson, and Anthony Dewayne Rittenberry.
Nashville, TN – This afternoon a minimum custody inmate under indirect supervision walked away from his assigned community service crew at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery in Nashville.
The inmate, Quinton Stewart #308683, was being housed at Riverbend Maximum Security Institution and was serving 25 years for Second Degree Murder from Rutherford County. He was set to expire his sentence in October 2019.
Montgomery County, TN – Just days after her family reported her missing, a Montgomery County Sheriff’s Investigator was able to track down a kidnapping victim and arrest her alleged captor.
Gary Nations, 32, who gave a Hendersonville, Tennessee address was charged by MCSO officials with kidnapping and aggravated assault. He already had warrants out for violation of probation and escape. His bond was set at $255,000.
Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office releases name of escaped Juvenile; Suspect may have fled the county
Montgomery County, TN – The juvenile who escaped from transport earlier today and is currently evading Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office deputies is 15-year-old Ryan Santos.
Santos, a Hispanic male with a ponytail wearing three pairs of shorts and a multi-colored shirt, is still evading police.
The charges he now faces include aggravated burglary, possession of a weapon, six counts of reckless endangerment, aggravated assault and escape. «Read the rest of this article»
Clarksville, TN – On Sunday, March 16th, 2014 at approximately 6:03pm, the Clarksville Police Department responded to a robbery and shots fired call near the Microtel and La Quinta hotels on Holiday Drive.
Initially, some streets around the area were shut down, and K-9 units were called to assist in the search of suspects. Vonzel Williams, Keshun Hester, and Darcell Wright were taken to District 3 CI for interviews conducted by Detective Howard Gillespie.
