Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Wednesday, May 1st, 2019

 

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – Warrant Wednesday is being conducted by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) to help reduce the over 6000 active warrants on file.

Every Wednesday individuals will be spotlighted on the Sheriff’s Office Facebook page. They will be chosen based on felonies committed, number of warrants on file, or if they are considered dangerous.

This week’s Warrant Wednesday focuses on locating five individuals with outstanding warrants.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office releases results from Operation Broken Hearts

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Warrants and Sexual Offender Unit with the assistance of the Austin Peay State University Police Department, the Clarksville Police Department, the United States Marshal Service, and the Diplomatic Security Service conducted Operation Broken Hearts to target subjects with recent outstanding criminal warrants.

By 5:00pm, Friday, February 15th, 2019 they had arrested 40 subjects with a total of 52 outstanding warrants (note that some warrants may have had multiple charges on them).

Clarksville Police locate Brendan Earl, Runs, and Forces His way into a Residence

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Today, July 26th, 2018 around 8:30am, Clarksville Police tracked down Brendan Earl, who had an Aggravated Assault warrant on file, to a residence on Lafayette Road.

When he saw Police, he took off running. He ran through a wood line and climbed a fence to evade officers. He ended up in the back yard of a residence at the 100 block of Charlemagne Drive.

Clarksville Police respond to Rollover Crash on Jack Miller Boulevard

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police were dispatched to a single vehicle collision on Jack Miller Boulevard at 3:37pm today, Monday, July 4th, 2016.

A silver Chevrolet Suburban failed to negotiate a curve on Jack Miller Boulevard at Outlaw Airfield. The Suburban left the roadway and rolled at the railroad tracks.

Clarksville Police arrest suspect Phyllis Taylor for Bicycle hit and run

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Phyllis Taylor, a 53-year-old Clarksville resident, is the registered owner and driver of the vehicle that struck Vince A. Freeman, which resulted in his death.

Taylor was booked into Montgomery County Jail with the charges of Vehicular Homicide, Leaving the Scene of an Accident- Death or Injury, Failure to Yield the Right-of-Way, Driving without a License, and Financial Responsibility (no insurance). Her bond amount is $1,100,000.

Clarksville Police reports Truck Flips in Multiple-Vehicle Crash on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On October 29th, 2012, around 4:00pm, a 2006 Buick Lacrosse, driven by Laurence Pugh, 73, was turning right off of Old Trenton Road to go south on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard, failed to yield to an oncoming 96 Chevy Silverado, driven by Albert Allen, 61 traveling in the right lane.

The Lacrosse knocked the Silverado into the left lane hitting a 94 Nissan pickup driven by Chase Hunter, 19, causing the pickup to flip onto its side.
