Clarksville, TN – CDE Lightband continues to make progress in restoring power to Clarksville customers, reporting at 1:00pm Monday that about 5,800 homes and businesses remained without power after a severe storm Saturday afternoon knocked out service to more than 30,000 customers.
Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department (CPD) report that in the least three to five days, there have been three unoccupied residences being renovated or under construction that were broken into and had stoves stolen.
They were taken from Hawkins Road, Richardson Street, and Gracey Avenue. In two of the residences, the back door was kicked and in the third, entry was made through a opening created after removing an air conditioning unit.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has turned off water service on Gracey Avenue to repair a water main leak. Low water pressure may also affect area residents.
Gracey Avenue and Woodland Street will be closed to traffic during the work.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has closed both eastbound lanes on Crossland Avenue between Greenwood Avenue and Gracey Avenue for water service line replacement.
The inside westbound lane of Crossland Avenue will be reassigned to eastbound traffic during the work.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water closed both westbound lanes on Crossland Avenue between Gracey Avenue and Greenwood Avenue at 7:00pm for water service line replacement; however, the inside eastbound lane of Crossland Avenue at the work site has been reassigned to westbound traffic.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water is repairing a water main leak on Gracey Avenue causing low water pressure on Gracey Avenue from Crossland Avenue to Greenwood Avenue and Daniel Street.
The repair work is anticipated to be finished and normal water pressure restored by approximately 12:30pm.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has closed Gracey Avenue from Stanford Street to Crossland Avenue and the outer westbound lane of Crossland Avenue from Central Avenue to Gracey Avenue is closed for water main maintenance work.
Westbound traffic on Crossland Avenue will be shifted to the inside lane and eastbound traffic will be directed to the outer lane during the work.
Montgomery County, TN – Registration for the Clarksville Montgomery County School System (CMCSS) Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten programs begins in April.
