Clarksville, TN – Fingerprint services provided by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office will reopen on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2020.
For the public’s convenience the location has moved to the Civil Process Office on first floor of the Public Safety Complex at 120 Commerce Street. The new location eliminates the need to obtain a visitor’s pass.
Anyone wishing to utilize fingerprint services must wear a face mask. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided.

Montgomery County Public Safety Complex to begin using new Visitor Check In System

Clarksville, TN – Effective Monday, August 15th, 2016 the Montgomery County Public Safety Complex (PSC) will start utilizing a new visitor management sign-in process.
Visitors can check-in at the records window located to the left of the lobby on the first floor. You will be asked to provide a state ID to scan into the system. Your picture will be taken and a visitor’s pass will be provided to wear while you visit the PSC building.
 New visitor management system will be used at Montgomery County Public Safety Complex beginning Monday, August 15th.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office to hold 3rd Annual Chili Cook Off for Relay For Life

Clarksville, TN – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is a place in Clarksville with lawmen who dedicate themselves beyond the call of duty. In addition to their sworn duty to uphold the law and protect public safety, they are represented with a team each year during the Relay For Life fundraising campaign.
The Annual Chili Cook Off will support its team in their campaign drive to support the American Cancer Society Relay For Life in Montgomery County.

Clarksville’s Commerce Street to be closed Tuesday morning

Clarksville, TN – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports that Commerce Street between First Street and North Second Street will be closed to through traffic on Tuesday, November 10th, from 7:30am to 12:00pm due to renovations to the Public Safety Complex.
The Cumberland Parking Garage and adjoining parking lots will still be accessible by their First Street and Second Street entrances.

Montgomery County offices experiencing phone problems

Montgomery County, TN – Several county offices, including many located in Veterans Plaza, the Public Safety Complex and Cumberland Heights, are experiencing phone issues. The issue is through their provider and there is no estimated repair time.
