Christmas in Elkton and Parade this Saturday, December 13th
The Elkton Christmas Parade will start at 6:00pm, leaving Todd Central High School parking lot at 806 South Main Street, then going North on Hwy 181 to Public Square, exit square on West Main Street, then left on South Streets Avenue, then left on Sunset and back to TCCHS.

Santa Claus’s visits to Christmas on the Cumberland
Clarksville Online tagged along on one of the evenings, Saturday December 16th; taking hundreds of photos of young people enjoying their visit with Clarksville, Tennessee’s Jolly Old Saint Nicholas. Part of Santa’s visits include giving toy’s to the children under the age of 12, as measured by his 4.3′ tall candy cane. 4.3′ is the height of an average 12 year old child; though Santa does makes case by case exceptions for the taller 12 year olds. Over the last 10 years Santa Claus has given away over 70,000 toys that he and his helpers Gary and Marie Caudill have purchased specifically for this purpose. Santa’s visits to Christmas on the Cumberland are sponsored by the Clarksville Department of Parks and Recreation, the Woodlawn Papa Rock Travel Center; Clarksville Limb and Brace, and Geico Insurance. «Read the rest of this article» Sections: News | No Comments
