Clarksville Lady Wildcats Defeat Northeast Lady Eagles 4-0, Clinch District 10-AAA Regular Season Title
The Lady Wildcats scored three runs in the first inning. Although they added one more run in the seventh, Heather Norris made sure the first three was all they needed by pitching a shutout. Norris struck out 11 and allowed just four hits in the Lady Wildcats 13th conference win of the season. Clarksville High Softball beats Kenwood 12-2; now one win away 10-AAA regular-season title
Well, the Lady Wildcats (26-13, 12-1 District 10-AAA) are half way to that goal after their April 22nd 12-2 victory over Kenwood High School. Clarksville High Lady Wildcats softball beats Kenwood Lady Knights 3-1
A defensive lapse allowed Kenwood’s Imani Largin to steal home to give her team a 1-0 lead in the top of the first inning. However, that would be the only run allowed by the Lady Wildcats. Clarksville High Softball’s Heather Norris pitches Shutout win over Rossview
Norris was lethal on the mound. She struck out 11 straight batters before Lady Hawk second basemen Halie Upchurch hit a line drive in the bottom of the fourth inning for a single.
