Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Friday, October 28th, 2016, the Clarksville Police Department hosted a promotion ceremony.

After the opening comments and invocation by Chaplain Modesto Martinez, Chief Al Ansley presented Detective Rodney Lockerman with a Promotion Certificate to the rank of Sergeant.

Clarksville Police reports Impersonating a Police Officer suspect JerryLee Ballesteros in custody

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Detective Rodney Lockerman has been investigating an Impersonating a Police Officer case.

On September 9th, 2016, 42-year-old JerryLee Ballesteros from Clarksville contacted three different Enterprise Car Rental businesses in the city and identified himself as Lieutenant Davis from the Hopkinsville Police Department.

Ballesteros was booked into Montgomery County Jail last night, September 15th, just after 10:00pm.

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Detective Rodney Lockerman is currently investigating an Impersonating a Police Officer case and is requesting public assistance in locating the suspect.

Clarksville Police request Public Help Identifying Kangaroo Express Robbery Suspects

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Detective Rodney Lockerman is trying to identify two suspects involved in a Robbery at the Kangaroo Express on 1874 Memorial Drive and is requesting public assistance.

The incident occurred on July 29th, 2016 at 12:45am. Both suspects are black males, one wearing an Obama mask and a black Nike tracksuit with a red stripe on the sleeve and pants and the other wearing a brownish hoodie and bandana over the lower part of his face.

A Man is Charged in an Early Morning Shooting that Sent Two to the Hospital

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On September 3rd, 2011, 4:04am, officers responded to a fight in progress call at a club on 801 Providence Boulevard. When officers Rodney Lockerman and Joshua Swaffer arrived they saw muzzle blast from gunfire and heard shots being fired.

Officers saw men running toward the wood line near a business at 711 Providence Boulevard. They found a 24 year old man that had been shot multiple times in the legs. The man was incoherent, bleeding, and severely injured.

Officers Jeff Denault and Mark Wilson administered first aid until medics arrived. The victim was transported to a hospital and is in stable.
