Austin Peay State University Lady Govs - APSUMemphis, TN – Another hot start fizzled out as Austin Peay State University’s volleyball team won the opening set but fell in four sets (28-26, 18-25, 16-25, 13-25) to host Memphis, September 21st, at the Tiger Invitational in Elma Roane Fieldhouse.

Brian Balthrop closes with a round of 68 to take Clarksville Mayor’s Golf Classic by six shots

 

City of Clarksville - Clarksville, TNClarksville, TN – Shooting a final-round three-under 68, Brian Balthrop broke a three-way tie heading into the round September 15th to run away and take the 34th Mayor’s Golf Classic by a six shot margin.

The victory was the second of the season for Balthrop (71-68—139), who also won the Clarksville City Amateur back in August.

“Instant Peay Play:” APSU Softball’s Kristin Whitmire gets final chance to go out on her own terms
