Clarksville Police makes Public Aware of Suspicious Activity

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Thursday, April 13th, 2017 at approximately 8:48am, Clarksville Police Officers responded to the area of 400 Market Street/ E Street in reference to suspicious activity.

Witnesses said a white male with dark hair and a mustache in a black Hummer H2, with a Tennessee license plate, J3493K, attempted to get a 7 year old child in the vehicle at E Street and Market Street, while the child was waiting at the bus stop.

Clarksville Police reports a man in a black Hummer H2 tried to pickup a child at the corner of Market Street and E Street.

Clarksville Police reports Driver tries to pickup two Young Girls on Melrose Drive

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Tuesday, July 12th, 2016 at 7:16pm, Clarksville Police Officers responded to a suspicious activity call at the 3400 block of Melrose Drive (area of Melrose Drive and Southwood Drive).

The resident said that her two daughters, ages 7 and 5, were playing outside in their front yard when a burgundy pick-up truck drove up to them and asked for their names. Then the driver asked them to hop into the vehicle.

Clarksville Police urges Citizens to Be Aware of Suspicious Activity

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Today March 7th, 2016 at 4:21pm, Clarksville Police Officers responded to a Suspicious Activity call at the 1400 block of Glendale Drive. A witness stated that an unknown black female attempted to persuade her 9-year-old granddaughter into a car.

The juvenile stated that an unknown black female with a “perfect bun” (hairstyle) said “Hey, I don’t see your parents. Do you want to go to the store?”

Clarksville Police issues Facts about False Information being posted on a Clarksville Facebook page

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – In the last few days, a Clarksville resident in the Savannah West Subdivision has been posting on his Facebook page that there was a sexual predator in his neighborhood on September 9th, 2015.

On his post, he stated that a white male with short hair driving a grey BMW tried to abduct a 12-year-old female. After his attempt was unsuccessful, he circled around and went after two boys.

Clarksville Police responded to incidents on Savannah West neighborhood. These incidents were deemed “Suspicious Activity” calls. No crime occurred in either incident.

Clarksville Police go on Suspicious Activity Call which results in Three Adults and One Junvenile arrested for string of Vehicle Burglaries

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – A suspicious activity call resulted in the arrest of three adults and one juvenile on a string of burglaries in the Thornberry Drive, Kim Drive, Trevor Drive, and Kim Drive area.

On July 17th, 2012, a little before 1:00am, a neighborhood man spotted a small mini-van parked near the dead-end of Kim Drive and males getting out of the van wearing backpacks. He further observed the men walking and approaching vehicles in different yards.
