Clarksville Police Officers arrest Two Juveniles for Robbing Pizza Delivery Worker

Arrest made only a Day after the Incident due to Excellent Police Work
Clarksville, TN – On Monday, June 1st, 2015, due to Clarksville Police Officer Todd Bell’s excellent police work and CPD Detective Andy Hurst’s investigative skills, two juveniles were arrested for the pizza delivery worker Robbery that occurred at Orchard Park Apartments on May 31st, 2015 only one day after the incident.
It all started when Officer Bell responded to a suspicious person with a weapon call near the intersection of Minglewood Drive and Cunningham Lane. Officer Bell observed the suspect throw a gun into the wood line. The suspect was detained and put in the patrol car. Clarksville Police arrest Woman for Stealing Purses to Pay back a Loan
According to Jennifer Bouknight, she owed $250.00 to a man and stole two women’s purses to repay the debt. But, the plan had one flaw—she was caught by Clarksville Police.
Clarksville, TN – On October 30th, 2012, around 11:00am, Clarksville Police were called to a 1680 Fort Campbell Boulevard business after a 30 year old woman left her purse unattended for a short period of time and it was stolen.
The store’s security footage showed a woman, later identified as Jennifer Bouknight, pushing a shopping cart with a car seat and being in possession of the stolen purse, leaving the store, and getting into a red Dodge pickup with a black front tag holder.

Clarksville Police arrest Man on Probation for Vehicle Burglary
Man on Probation for Long List of Drug, Theft and Burglary Charges Caught Braking the Law Again
Clarksville, TN – On August 21st, 2012, around 6:30pm, Clarksville Police were called to a business in the 1500 Block of Fort Campbell Boulevard for a vehicle burglary.
A 54 year old man was walking back to his Dodge Ram pickup when he spotted a stocky male rummaging through the bed of the truck. He yelled at the man, who made a hasty departure from the area, but not before the victim got a tag number and a detailed vehicle and suspect description.

Clarksville Police charge Man on Three Years Probation with Three Vehicle Burglaries
Man also has Extensive Criminal History
Clarksville, TN – On August 20th, 2012, around 6:30am, Clarksville Police were called to the Bennett Drive area after a witness saw a man entering two of the neighbor’s vehicles. The man left the vehicles and headed toward the Stephanie Drive area.
The witness provided responding officers a good description of the suspicious person.

Clarksville Police report Man kicked out of Residence later returns with Brother to assault Home Owner and Steal Property
Clarksville, TN – On June 23rd, 2012, a 21 year old man, allowed Levi West and a female friend to stay at his Eva Drive residence. But, the homeowner decided that West and the woman needed to leave so he kicked them out.
On June 24th, 2012 around 11:00pm, two men forced their way into the 21 year olds Eva Drive residence, punched the man with their fists, took a TV, XBox, and $20.00 in cash.

Man Arrested after Police Locate a Marijuana Grow
Clarksville, TN – On October 17th, 2011, around 1:00pm, an investigation into a male fleeing on foot from a routine traffic stop led officers to a marijuana grow in a trailer.
After the man bailed out of a vehicle from an attempted traffic stop, Officers Todd Bell, Ronnie Brown, Peter Millan, Sgt. Joe Difiore, and Detective Brian Tenry attempted to locate the man that fled on foot from the traffic stop.

Clarksville Police Department Puts 11 New Officers on the Payroll
Clarksville, TN – On December 1st, 2010, at 9:30am, there were 11 new Police Officers welcomed to the ranks of the Clarksville Police Department by City Officials, families, friends, and fellow Police Officers. The officers were Sworn-In by Clarksville’s Mayor John E. Piper.
The new officers are John Burdge, Matthew Ferrell, Christopher Robinson, Ryan Steinlage, Christy Arwood, Todd Bell, James Atkins, Avery Lambert, Kyle Fleming, Brittany Boisseau, and Morgan Northrup.

11 New Officers to Be Sworn-In
Clarksville, TN – There will be 11 new officers sworn-in by Mayor Johnny Piper, Wednesday, December 1st, 2010, 9:00am, in the Mayor’s Conference Room. This is the largest group of new officers to be sworn-in since 2003.
The new officers to be sworn-in are: Ryan Steinlage, Matthew Ferrell, James Atkins, Christy Arwood, Christopher Robinson, Avery Lambert, Brittany Boisseau, Kyle Fleming, John Burdge, Todd Bell, and Morgan Northrup.
