Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office promotes Six Officers

 

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – On Monday, October 5th 2020, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) held a ceremony for family and friends to celebrate six promotions.

Captain Jesse Reynolds has been promoted to Assistant Chief Deputy of Enforcement Operations. ACD Reynolds began his career with the Sheriff’s Office in 1998 as a Patrol Deputy.

In 2002 he was promoted to Investigator; in 2007 to Sergeant/Director of the Drug Task Force; in 2010 to Lieutenant of Criminal Investigations; in 2012 to Enforcement Bureau Captain. ACD Reynolds brings 22 years of experience into his new position.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office apprehends Cemage Garrard

 

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – Investigators with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office led by Sergeant William Wall apprehended Cemage Darquez Garrard at approximately 3:00pm this afternoon, November 25th, 2017 at an apartment in the 700 block of Main Street.

Garrard, 23, had multiple warrants on file for two counts of aggravated kidnapping, two counts of aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, two counts of felony evading in a vehicle, three counts of driving on a suspended or revoked license, improper stopping at a stop sign, following to close, leaving the scene of an accident, violation of probation and escape.

Cemage Darquez Garrard was arrested by Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputies Saturday afternoon at 3:00pm.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office releases Napier Murder Update

 

Montgomery County Sheriff's OfficeMontgomery County, TN – Jade Amanda Rose Breeden, 39, has been charged with felony murder in the death of Melissa Woodruff Napier. She is currently being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a bond of $500,000.

Napier, originally from New York, is an Army veteran. She served in the military for 4 1/2 years and rose to the rank of an E-5 Sergeant.  She completed 2 tours in Iraq working as a Chemical Operations Specialist.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Two Kidnapping Suspects

 

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating two suspects involved in a kidnapping that occurred in the 2400 block of Ramblewood Drive.

The female victim states on the night of January 4th, 2017, and unknown black male held her at gunpoint while her boyfriend, Anthony Keith Atkins, 28, bound her hands with a cord. The two men forced her into a car at gunpoint and drove to a residence near Hadley Drive, where Atkins dropped off the black male suspect.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports Shot Fired at Cumberland Room

 

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to numerous E-911 calls concerning a loud disturbance at the Cumberland Room and individuals standing in the roadway in front of the event center on Highway 48/13.

Upon arriving on scene deputies spoke with the event organizer who indicated there were over 400 individuals in the building and approximately 100 waiting outside to enter. The legal capacity of the Cumberland Room is 320. The County Fire Marshall was called to the scene.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputies respond to Home Invasion on Calvert Drive

 

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – Two people have been arrested in connection with a home invasion early Wednesday morning, November 18th, 2015.

Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) responded to a home in the 900 block of Calvert Drive after receiving reports of a home being forcefully entered and a gun being fired.

According to the victim, a female he recognized and an unknown male kicked in his door at approximately 1:40am and accused him of stealing something from them.

Montgomery County Sherrif’s Office arrest Three for local Burglaries

 

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOMontgomery County, TN – Three were arrested early this morning in connection with recent burglaries in the Shady Grove Road, Oak Plains Road and Highway 12 areas.

Michael Deason, 27, who gave a Cumberland Manor address, Ryan Mason, 24, who gave a Laurelwood Trail address and Caitlin Gupton, 24, who gave a Chapmansboro, Tennessee address were all arrested after investigators were led to where they had been taking stolen items in an area hotel room.
