Voter empowerment measures on calendar for House Sub-committee

Election Laws – As introduced, clarifies that counties using computerized voting machines are allowed to use ballot-on-demand technology for either early voting, election day voting, or both; requires coordinator of elections to promulgate rules for use of ballot-on-demand technology, including security of machines. – Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 5.
