Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has closed Woodard Street from Central Avenue to Richardson Street to allow construction crews to replace a water service line. The work is expected to be complete by 11:30am.
Motorists will be detoured to Richardson Street and Central Avenue.
