Montgomery County, TN – Montgomery County Government is completing an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan. A public comment period will be held September 17th, 2019, to October 18th, 2019.
If you are interested or have an organization representing individuals with disabilities, you are requested to participate in the review of these documents which will be available beginning September 17th, online at www.mcgtn.net
Physical copies of the document will also be available at the Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library, located at 350 Pageant Lane, Suite 501, Clarksville, Tennessee 37040 and in the Montgomery County Mayor’s Office at 1 Millennium Plaza, Clarksville, TN 37040.
Additionally, a public meeting will be held September 17th, 2019, at the Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library, beginning at 5:00pm, to allow public inspection of the draft transition plan and to solicit comments from the public.
