Marsha Blackburn Bill to Improve VA Caregiver Program Heading to President Donald Trump’s Desk to be Signed into Law
Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senators Marsha Blackburn (R—Tenn.) and Gary Peters (D—MI) applauded the House passage of their bipartisan bill to improve the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA) caregiver program.
The Transparency and Effective Accountability Measures for (TEAM) Veteran Caregivers Act, now goes to the President’s desk to be signed into law. The legislation would take a number of steps to strengthen transparency and communication for veterans and caregivers participating in the program.

101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) Public Affairs Staff
Fort Campbell, KY – The 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) recently completed Expert Infantryman Badge and Expert Soldier Badge training and testing, during which the division performed above the Army-wide benchmark for both awards.
The 101st Airborne Divison’s pass rate for the ESB was 25 percent. Army-wide pass rates hover between 12 to 18 percent, according to the ESB test management office, with statistics updated as new training events are conducted.
EIB pass rates also outperformed the average, at 27 percent. Average EIB rates are similar to ESB rates.
Montgomery County Health Department announces changes to Schedule, Procedures at Civitan Park COVID-19 Testing Site
Montgomery County, TN – Beginning the week of December 21st, 2020 the Montgomery County Health Department will make changes to its schedule and procedures for COVID-19 Coronavirus testing at Civitan Park.
Drive-thru testing will continue to be administered by the health department staff on Tuesdays and Thursdays only from 9:00am to 2:00pm.
