The Titans had a punt for 17 yards, a punt blocked and a missed field goal contribute to the defeat.

In the first meeting of 2019, played on September 15th, the Colts invaded Nissan Stadium and escaped with a 19-17 victory. The Titans held the lead going into the fourth quarter, but a four-yard touchdown pass from Colts quarterback Jacoby Brissett to receiver T.Y. Hilton with less than five minutes remaining in regulation was enough to give Indianapolis the win.

The last time the Titans and Colts met at Nissan Stadium was the 2018 season finale on Sunday night, December 30th, 2018. It was a contest to decide who would clinch a playoff berth as the AFC’s sixth seed. The Titans were forced to play the game without injured starting quarterback Marcus Mariota. The Colts were opportunistic and pulled away in the fourth quarter for a 33-17 victory.

Tennessee TitansNashville, TN – The Tennessee Titans (1-1) play their first home game of the 2015 regular season this week against the Indianapolis Colts (0-2). Kickoff at Nissan Stadium (capacity 69,143) is scheduled for noon CDT on Sunday, September 27th.

The game begins a rare span for the Titans that includes four home games and a bye. The next away game the Titans will play is November 1st at Houston, giving them five weeks during the regular season without a road contest. In the 56-year history of the organization, that has happened only three previous times: 1960, 1964 and 1967.

The Colts locked up the division crown in Week 15 and are guaranteed to host a playoff game on Wild Card Weekend. They will be either the fourth seed or third seed (currently fourth) in the AFC playoffs.

Tennessee TitansNashville, TN – The Tennessee Titans (5-6) play their second of three consecutive road games this week, traveling to Indianapolis to face the AFC South’s first-place Indianapolis Colts (7-4). Kickoff at Lucas Oil Stadium (capacity 63,000) is scheduled for 1:00pm EST/noon CST on Sunday, December 1st.

This is the second Titans-Colts matchup in three weeks. On Thursday night, November 14th, the Titans hosted the Colts in a primetime game, only to fall by a final score of 30-27. They now look to break a streak of four consecutive losses to the Colts and earn their first win in Indianapolis since 2007.
