Nashville, TN – The American Red Cross is continuing the partnership with the Nashville Predators Foundation to host multi-city blood drive from February 22nd to February 26th.
All presenting donors who pre-schedule an appointment will receive a Predators foam hockey puck, while supplies last.

The tournaments are open to boys and girls ages 8-18, with each age group competing for their division title.

Clarksville, TN – Russ Shemberger, a licensed massage therapist at Restore Performance Massage on Madison Street in Clarksville, placed second overall and won his age group (40-49) at the first Doc’s Dash 5K held Saturday, October 13th in Benton, KY.
Shemberger, 46, ran the course in 20:55.
A veteran triathlete, Shemberger is training for the Bowling Green Half-Marathon on November 4th in Bowling Green, KY, along with a number of other races this fall.

Fort Campbell, KY – A remembrance ceremony honoring Soldiers from the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) and Fort Campbell, is scheduled for 4:00pm Wednesday, May 11th at the Division Headquarters building.
Remembrance ceremonies are held to honor fallen Soldiers deployed in support of Operations New Dawn and Enduring Freedom and are held monthly, as needed.

Fort Campbell, KY – Three 101st Airborne Division Soldiers were killed March 29th after receiving small arms fire in the Kunar province, Afghanistan.
A total of six Screaming Eagle Soldiers were killed March 29th in separate incidents, while conducting an on-going operation in one of Afghanistan’s most volatile provinces.
The Soldiers were assigned to 2nd Battalion, 327th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault.)
