Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Department Detective Cunningham is trying to identify suspects involved in a vehicle burglary, which occurred on March 23rd, 2017 at the Clarksville Athletic Club.
The suspects stole the victim’s debit/credit cards and made fraudulent purchases at Target, Walmart, Foot Locker, and Dillard’s. The suspects appear to be driving a black Cadillac Escalade.
Cunningham, TN – Last Saturday, July 30th, 2016 the 2nd annual “Be More Like Wade Scholarship 5K Run/Walk/Crawl” was held at the Montgomery Central Schools in honor of Wade Morgan. The race began at 8:30am.
All proceeds go into a scholarship fund which will be given to a Montgomery Central Senior who demonstrates similar characteristics of #bemorelikewade. He exemplified the true meaning of a genuine person by being a selfless individual and always having an optimistic outlook on life.
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan joined Director of Transportation Arthur Bing and members of the Clarksville Transit System (CTS) recently for a ribbon cutting officially opening CTS’s new fitness center.
“Our bus drivers rarely get a break during the day,” explained Mr. Bing. “They don’t get a lunch break and often grab something quick to eat between routes. As a result, they don’t always get to move enough or eat as healthy as they’d like. This fitness center is one way we can help by giving them a place to exercise after their routes. This will help many of our employees.”
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Detective Chris Cunningham is investigating multiple incidents where fraudulent checks were cashed at local banking facilities.
Throughout the course of his investigation, he has been able to connect these crimes to the Felony Lane Gang (FLG). The following information was provided by Detective Cunningham.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has closed approximately 800 feet of the eastbound lane of Athletic Avenue from the Clarksville Athletic Club entrance to Dunlop Lane for natural gas main installation work.
The road will be closed to one lane daily at 8:00am until 3:00pm through Tuesday, March 17th, 2015 to allow for the work.
Clarksville, TN – Nearly 40 golfers competed in the Inaugural School Resource Officer/Reserve Golf Scramble Friday morning at Swan Lake Golf Course.
The team taking home first place were Tom Daugherty, Lewis Boyd, Ed Fowler, Ronald Lott, with second place going to Brian Prentice, Ron Farley, Ray Johnson, Pat Vaden and the team to take third was Joey Henicle, Travis Hanley, Stephen Sewell, Matt Jeffers.
Clarksville National Softball League Raises Money for Rev. Chad Watson, Presents $1000 Check
Clarksville, TN – Cooling temperatures and strong winds did not stop Clarksville residents from filling the aluminum bleachers outside Morgan and Moore fields Friday, April 4th for the Clarksville National Softball League’s Jamboree and opening ceremonies
Girls in the league ranging from 4-year old tee ballers to 16-year old fast pitch players donned their new brightly colored uniforms, freshly oiled gloves and state of the art safety gear, and participated in single inning Jamboree games before the opening ceremonies.

Clarksville, TN – Although Breast Cancer Awareness Month has come and gone this year, the struggle for survivors, caregivers, families and friends, and the need for support continue year round. Breast Cancer awareness is not just for the month of October at the Clarksville Athletic Club (CAC).
In fact, “we give all year long and are very proud of it, and this month we donated $800.00 for this wonderful cause in helping to find a cure for Breast Cancer.” stated Cheryl Berardo, Retention Director. As a community we all have responsibility for health (fitness) and wellness.
The Clarksville Athletic Club donates $1,500 to the American Cancer Society for Breast Cancer Research.
Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Athletic Club, while promoting wellness and fitness with conventional fitness equipment and activity, extends its message of overall wellness to giving back to the community by supporting women’s health during the month of October raising awareness of Breast Cancer.
The Clarksville Athletic Club involved its patrons in the Breast Cancer effort with the signature ribbon color (pink) while promoting fitness and commitment to giving back to the community.
Montgomery County, TN – The latest business to become Clarksville-Montgomery County Green Certified is the Clarksville Athletic Club (CAC), located at 220 Dunlop Road. A Green Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held on Wednesday, June 20th to celebrate their green initiatives and completion of the program.
