The Cumberland Winds celebrates Black History Month with a special concert in the intimate setting of the Roxy Regional Theatre on Sunday, February 23rd, 2020 at 2:00pm. The Cumberland Winds German Band presents a special Oktoberfest concert in the intimate setting of the Roxy Regional Theatre on Wednesday, October 2nd, at 7:00pm. The Tennessee Arts Commission in partnership with the Tennessee Department of Veteran Services awarded nine Tennessee Military, Veterans & the Arts grants to organizations throughout the state.
