Fort Campbell’s Estep Wellness Center October Classes

 

Fort Campbell's Morale, Welfare and Recreation - MWRFort Campbell, KY – Estep Wellness Center has released their October class schedule. A new month brings new changes and includes adding a Triple Threat class on Monday at 8:00am and replacing the Monday 9:15am.

Kick Boxing class with Yoga at 9:15am. On Wednesday they’ve added Triple Threat at 8:00am and Yoga at 9:15am and also replaced Cycle at 4:45pm with Cycle at 6:00pm. Fort Campbell's Morale, Welfare and Recreation - MWRFort Campbell, KY – Estep Wellness Center has released their September class schedule. A new month brings new changes which include replacing the Monday 9:15am Turbo Kick class with Kick Boxing and the 10:30am Pilates with Zumba®.

On Wednesday, they’ve added Cycle at 9:00am. The 5:30pm Cycle and 5:45pm Tabata/Core on Thursdays have been cancelled and the 9:00am Cycle on Friday has been cancelled as well. Boot Camp Xtreme is back on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm. «Read the rest of this article»

Fort Campbell’s Estep Wellness Center offers “Power Lunch” Workouts

 

Fort Campbell's Morale, Welfare and Recreation - MWRFort Campbell, KY – If you’ve been finding it difficult to squeeze a workout into your schedule – Estep Wellness Center has exactly what you need!  Estep offers a “Power Lunch” workout on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:45am to 12:45pm. Drop the fast food and join Estep for one of these great sessions!

Monday’s Power Lunch consists of Tabata for 30 minutes, followed by Abs Ablaze for 15 minutes, ending with Stretch for 15 minutes. Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. «Read the rest of this article»

Fort Campbell's Morale, Welfare and Recreation - MWRFort Campbell, KY – Estep Wellness Center has released their August class schedule. A new month brings new changes which include replacing the Friday 11:45am Cycle class with a Power Lunch class; consisting of a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class (30 minutes) followed by Core Crunch (15 minutes) and Stretch (15 minutes).

They continue to offer Tabata/Abs Ablaze/Stretch combo class on Mondays at 11:45am and a Power Cycle/Belly Burn/Stretch combo class on Wednesdays from 11:45am to 12:45pm. «Read the rest of this article»
