Estep offers a “Power Lunch” workout on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:45am to 12:45pm. Drop the fast food and join Estep for one of these great sessions!
Monday’s Power Lunch consists of Tabata for 30 minutes, followed by Abs Ablaze for 15 minutes, ending with Stretch for 15 minutes. Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training.Abs Ablaze is 15 minutes of exercises guaranteed to make you feel the burn. This is a perfect class to sculpt and tone your midsection. Stretch will help you release all of your mid-week worries and dissolve muscle tension and tightness.
Wednesday’s Power Lunch consists of Cycle for 30 minutes, followed by Belly Burn for 15 minutes, ending with Stretch for 15 minutes.
Cycle is an intense 30 minute ride with strong hills, jumps, sprints and runs focused on giving you the strongest ride you can pack into this great lunch time class.
Belly Burn is a 15 minute quick blast class with all movements focusing on each abdominal muscle. This set will get you on the fast track to a six pack.
Friday’s Power Lunch consists of High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) for 30 minutes, followed by Core Crunch for 15 minutes, ending with Stretch for 15 minutes. H.I.I.T. is a fat blasting workout that involves short bursts of maximum effort followed by small rest and recovery periods. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
Core Crunch will work on abdominals, oblique’s, and back; centering on building a stronger core, giving you better balance, strength and agility.
