Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) has turned off water service on Pollard Road at the Clarksville Greenway Trailhead to repair a water main leak. Area residents may also experience low water pressure during the work.

The water main repair is anticipated to be finished and water service restored by approximately 12:30pm.

Clarksville Police request assistance identifying Person Using a Credit Card Stolen in a Burglary

The vehicle was parked, window smashed, and the purse in the trunk was stolen.

National Weather ServiceNashville, TN – The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Flood Watch that is in effect for Clarskville-Montgomery County and northern Middle Tennessee from 6:00pm this evening through Tuesday morning, February 12th.

A lengthy period of on and off moderate to occasionally heavy rainfall across northern Middle Tennessee will begin tonight and last into Tuesday.

The rainfall should finally come to an end on Tuesday.

Third-year milestones include 9,600 trips that covered almost 65,000 miles and allowed riders to burn 2.5 million calories.

Residents are invited to use the promo code “1320” when checking out a bike from one of Clarksville BCycle’s five stations from January 13th-20th to receive a free 60-minute bike ride. Usage fees apply after the first hour.

Opening Day, a celebration of trails nationwide, will be Saturday, April 7th and serve as the unofficial launch of the spring trail season for outdoor enthusiasts and trail lovers.
