TBI charges Middle Tennessee Nurse with Patient Abuse, Reckless Homicide

Nashville, TN – An investigation by Special Agents with the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) has resulted in the arrest of a Middle Tennessee registered nurse, on charges of patient abuse and reckless homicide.
In November 2018, working alongside the Vulnerable Adult Protective Investigative Team with the Davidson County District Attorney General’s Office, TBI Agents began investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Charlene Murphey (DOB 07/21/1942).

Clarksville Police arrest driver of Vehicle involved in Collision on Highway 76
Clarksville, TN – On March 16th, 2015, the Clarksville Police Department responded to a vehicle collision on the eastbound side of Highway 76 (Martin Luther King Jr Parkway) in between the cross streets of Bellshire Drive and Red Coat Run. A vehicle and a motorcycle collided. The driver of the motorcycle succumbed to injuries.
72-year-old Herbert Hensley from Exxex, MD, the driver of the vehicle that struck the motorcycle, was booked into Montgomery County Jail and charged with Reckless Homicide. There is no further information at this time.

Clarksville Police arrest Mother for Reckless Homicide of her 8 Month Old Child from Incident on August 22nd, 2013
Clarksville, TN – On Thursday, October 17th, 2013, Homicide Detectives, along with the assistance of Patrol Officers, arrested Nicole Pamblanco for a sealed Indictment, which included charges of Reckless Homicide and Child Abuse.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred on August 22nd, 2013, in which officers responded to a residence, located on Northwood Terrace, where Pamblancos’ 8 month old daughter, Abigail Pamblanco, was found unresponsive and CPR was in progress.

Tennessee Legislation extending protections to private foundations set for House Floor Vote Monday night
Operation Stand Down coming to Clarksville to assist Veterans
Nashville, TN – House Bill 423/Senate Bill 527 affords private foundations with protections from governmental intrusion
House Bill 0423, sponsored by Tennessee Representative Joe Pitts, adds a new section to the Tennessee Code that would make “private foundation” have the same meaning as it does in section 509(a) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as amended.
A private foundation would not be required by state or local government to disclose the sensitive about the foundation’s employees, officers, directors, trustees, or contributors, without the prior written consent of the individual or individuals in question.

Clarksville Man pleads guilty to February head-on collision Vehicle Fatality
Clarksville, TN – On February 3rd, 2012, Vincent Deron Clark was involved in a head-on collision at the 1500 Block of Madison Street which occurred around 7:40am. The accident resulted in the first vehicle fatality of the year. 20 year old Tyler J. Head of Springfield, TN died at the scene. Clark was indicted for the fatality crash.
Clark’s case was settled today. He pleaded guilty to Reckless Homicide and Reckless Aggravated Assault.

Clarksville Man indicted for February Vehicle Fatality
Clarksville, TN – On February 3rd, 2012, Clarksville Police were called out to the scene of a head-on collision on Madison Street which occurred around 7:40am. The accident resulted in the first vehicle fatality of the year. 20 year old Tyler J. Head of Springfield, TN died at the scene.
Vincent Deron Clark has been indicted for the fatality crash. On July 16th, 2012, around 2:12pm, Clark turned himself.

Shooting Update
On September 10th, 2010, at approximately 9:20 pm, officers responded to 941 Ford Street in response to a call which stated that a female inside the house and been shot and was not moving. The caller stated that a shot came through a window and struck the victim.
The initial information identifies the victim as a 14 year old female that was transported by Life Flight to a Nashville hospital.
Clarksville Police are looking for Cleo Gadson.
