Nashville, TN – The Tennessee Titans (1-1) host the reigning NFC West Champion Seattle Seahawks (1-1) this week. Kickoff at Nissan Stadium (capacity 69,143) is scheduled for 3:05pm CDT on Sunday, September 24th, 2017.
The Seahawks are making only their second appearance at Nissan Stadium, which opened in 1999. The first and only previous occasion was 2005, when they edged the Titans 28-24. Since then, the two clubs have met twice at CenturyLink Field, with the Titans winning in 2009 and the Seahawks taking a 2013 matchup.
Nashville, TN – Arguably the most significant reason for optimism in the Tennessee Titans camp is the play of Marcus Mariota, who completed his second NFL season in 2016.
As a first alternate for the NFL Pro Bowl, the former second-overall pick would have been the sixth Titan to receive an invitation for the all-star game had he been physically able to participate.
His season came to an end when he fractured his right fibula at the Jacksonville Jaguars on December 24th, which required surgery to correct. He was placed on injured reserve in Week 17.

Peyton Manning Leads Denver to Dramatic Overtime Victory in Super Bowl XLVIII Simulation
Redwood, CA – The Electronic Arts Inc. Madden NFL 25 Super Bowl Prediction is calling for Peyton Manning to be the first ever quarterback to lead two different franchises to Super Bowl victories, with the Broncos defeating the Seahawks 31-28 in overtime.
The Madden NFL Super Bowl prediction has correctly forecast 8 of the past 10 Lombardi Trophy winners, and last year accurately called Baltimore’s large lead and San Francisco’s furious comeback with the Ravens hanging on for the win.
Nashville, TN – The Tennessee Titans lose to the Seattle Seahawks Sunday 20-13 at CenturyLink Field despite several mistakes by the Seahawks. For the second week in a row, the Titans offense faltered and failed to sustain drives.
The Titans only touchdown came on an odd play with two seconds remaining in the second quarter. Seattle was on the Tennessee 4 yard line to kick a field goal. Chris Maragos fumbles the snap and puts the ball on the ground. Titan’s Jason McCourty picks the ball up and goes 77 yards for the score.

Seattle, WA – The Tennessee Titans traveled to the Seattle Seahawks for their first preseason game Saturday night. The Titans started out on the wrong foot as starting quarterback Matt Hasselbeck threw two interceptions in his limited time on the field. Hasselbeck was 4-5 passes for 45 yards.
“On the first play, I had a choice to take a shot down the field to Jared Cook or take a quick completion to Nate Washington on the left. I decided to throw to Nate, and it was kind of a freak thing,” stated Titans quarterback Matt Hasselbeck. “It reminded me of my first pass the last time I was in this stadium, which was intercepted against the Saints. I remember Pete (Carroll) coming up to me after that pass and saying not to worry about it because we had the rest of the game to play. It was disappointing it started that way, not at all how I envisioned it.” «Read the rest of this article»

The Titans begin their second preseason under head coach Mike Munchak, now in his 31st season with the franchise.
