Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has turned off water service on Pembroke Road from Pembroke Place to Tiny Town Road for water main and water pressure valve maintenance.
The northbound lane of Pembroke Road will also be closed between Pembroke Place and the State Line Road.
The work is anticipated to be finished and water service restored and the lane reopened by approximately 1:00pm.
The outage affects the following areas: Fort Campbell Boulevard from state line to Tobacco Road, Tiny Town Road from Fort Campbell Boulevard to Green Acres Drive, Bellglade Trailer Park, Airport Road, Jack Miller Boulevard from Fort Campbell Boulevard to Executive Avenue (Capital Hills), Fort Campbell Boulevard from state line to Airport Road, State Line Road, Green Acres subdivision, Tiny Town Road from Green Acres Drive to Pembroke Road, Pembroke Road from Tiny Town Road to state line, Pembrook Estates, Fox Meadow Estates.
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Department Detectives are investigating a death at a residence on the 100 block of State Line Road. The deceased individual was found this morning, February 2nd, 2016 at 9:36am.
Based on the information Clarksville Police have and the leads they are following, there does not appear to be any threats to the public.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has turned off water service on Pembroke Road from Tiny Town Road to State Line Road to repair a fire hydrant.
The water outage and low water pressure may also affect residents in the surrounding area including Pembroke Place and Oak Park Drive during the work.
Clarksville, TN – Vice and Narcotics agents of the Clarksville Police Department’s Special Operations Unit between July 31st and August 7th, 2015 conducted operations targeting prostitution on backpage.com. 13 arrests were made during the operations.
The focus of the operation was centered on those who solicit prostitution in an effort to not only reduce this type of activity but to prevent assaults and robberies against the solicitors that have become commonplace with online prostitution as they become easy targets when they are directed to locations that are controlled by the prostitutes.
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Department of Electricity reports all power should be restored to all customer fed from our Edgoten Substation, Fort Campbell Boulevard from State Line Road to Tobacco Road, off Fort Campbell to Tiny Town Road, Airport Road, Bellglade Trailer Park, Jack Miller Boulevard from Fort Campbell Boulevard to Executive Avenue, Green Acres Subdivision, Pembroke Road.
Also power has been restored to most of our customers on circuit 244 out of District, The Landings, Riverwood Place, Southern Hills, and Benton Park. Tylertown Road and Sage Meadows is back in service as well.

Clarksville, TN – In an effort to reduce accidents and crime that occur along the US 41A corridor, from Boot Hill to State Line Road, all units within the Clarksville Police Department joined forces for a special operation targeting traffic offenders on October 28th and November 2nd, 2:00pm-10:00pm.
The majority of the 30 plus officers were from on-duty resources throughout the department. The primary goals were to target traffic offenses most likely to cause accidents, conduct drug interdiction, and develop leads/suspects within the areas identified through crime and traffic statistics.
Appropriation will allow for first set of bonds to be issued
Water will be disrupted on the east side of Fort Campbell Boulevard from the Park Place Retail Center at 3095 Fort Campbell Boulevard to State Line Road and on all areas of Durrett Drive beginning Thursday, August 6, 2009, at 8:00 p.m. to Friday morning, August 7th, at approximately 4:30 a.m. Gas and Water construction workers will replace the old 6-inch water main with a new line at the intersection of Fort Campbell Boulevard and State Line Road.
Water customers in this area are advised to plan for an alternate water source during the outage.
