Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) will be conducting sewer line smoke testing on Wednesday and Thursday, June 16th-17th, 2021 in extensive areas around the Madison Street Historic District, Porter’s Bluff Road, Greenwood Avenue, Talley Drive, Pageant Lane, Golf Club Lane, Gracey Avenue, Woodward Street, Paradise Hill Road, and Daniel Street.

COVID-19 Drive-through Testing Moves from Montgomery County Health Department to William O. Beach Civic Hall

 

Montgomery County Government TennesseeMontgomery County, TN – Beginning Monday, June 1st, 3030 the Montgomery County Health Department will move its COVID-19 Coronavirus drive-through testing to William O. Beach Civic Hall, which is also located in Veterans Plaza at 350 Pageant Lane.

“This move will help our health department as we transition back to delivering some of our other public health services,” said Joey Smith, Montgomery County Health Director.

Clarksville Police have found Amber Jagers

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police report Amber Jagers and three month old, Eva Lynn Jagers have been located and are safe. Police received information about 6:09pm, Tuesday, June 4th, 2019 through the 911 center that the woman and child were at a Talley Drive address.

Officers arrived on scene and confirmed that it was Amber Jagers and Eva Lynn.

Clarksville Police charge Vintavious Williams in Vehicle Crash on Crossland Avenue

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On January 18th, 2018, Clarksville Police responded to a vehicle accident at Crossland Avenue and Talley Drive where a 55 year old man driving a 1999 Ford Ranger was hit by a a 2011 GMC Sierra driven by an 18 year old male.

On Wednesday, January 24th, 2018, around 3:00pm, the 18 year old driver of the GMC Sierra, Vintavious LaMorris Williams, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail.

18 year old Vintavious LaMorris Williams has been charged for reckless endangerment and other charges after the vehicle accident at Crossland Avenue and Talley Drive on Januar 18th.

Clarksville Police report Vehicle Accident sends one to Vanderbilt

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Thursday, January 18th, 2018 around 1:40pm, Clarksville Police report a 99 Ford Ranger driven by a 55 year old man, had a green light and was traveling east on Crossland Avenue when a 2011 GMC Sierra driven by an 18 year old male, traveling south of Talley Drive, ran through a redlight and crashed into the driver side of the Ford Ranger.

According to witness accounts, the 18 year old was driving at a high rate of speed on Talley Drive when he ran the redlight.

A 1999 Ford Ranger was struck by a 2011 GMC Sierra Thursday at the Crossland Avenue / Talley Drive area.

Clarksville Gas and Water announces Talley Drive Lane Closure Planned for Sewer Line Rehabilitation Work

 

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water will close one lane of Talley Drive near the Crossland Avenue intersection on Tuesday, May 30th, 2017, for most of the day for sewer main line rehabilitation work.

Both roads will be passable; however, motorists are advised to slow down and be alert to directional signs and flaggers when approaching the work zone.

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water will turn off water service at 4:30pm on Talley Drive from Conroy Avenue to Crossland Avenue to repair a water main leak.

The water outage will affect residents along Talley Drive, Baker Street and the Veteran’s Plaza offices located on the Talley Drive side of the plaza.

Clarksville Gas and Water closes part of Talley Drive to find Water Leak

 

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has closed Talley Drive from Crossland Avenue to Emory Street for water main line leak detection work. Traffic will be redirected to Clark Street and Crossland Avenue during the work.

The work is anticipated to be finished and the road reopened by approximately 2:30pm.
