Knoxville, TN – With only two regular-season games remaining, Tennessee will look to finish the year strong as the Vols head west to Nashville for a Saturday, December 14th showdown with in-state rival Vanderbilt at 3:00pm CT.
The Vols are looking to make it two straight wins over the Commodores after a 28-10 victory inside Neyland Stadium last season.
Saturday’s game will be broadcast on the SEC Network with Taylor Zarzour (PxP), Matt Stinchcomb (analyst) and Dawn Davenport (sideline) calling the action.

Knoxville, TN – The Tennessee Vols football team and the Alabama Crimson Tide will meet for the 102nd time on Saturday night as the Volunteers travel to Tuscaloosa for a primetime showdown with the Crimson Tide.
The Big Orange will be looking to carry over the momentum they gained from their 20-10 victory over Mississippi State last week and take down the top-ranked Crimson Tide for the first time since 2006.

Knoxville, TN – Just 10 days remain until Tennessee opens its season against West Virginia in the Belk College Kickoff at Bank of America Stadium and with fall classes now in session, the Volunteers are starting to show cohesiveness as a team.
“It being the first day of school, I thought our guys had a little bit of bounce about them which was positive, but we’re still in the process of figuring out how to sustain,” head coach Jeremy Pruitt said. “We had everybody out there today participating and started to get some cohesiveness on offense a little bit.”

Clarksville, TN – When Austin Peay defeated Tennessee State, 37-34, it allowed the Govs to open 2-0 in the OVC for the first time since 1977.
When APSU rallied from being down 27-6 to be at Tennessee State, October 1st, that 21-point deficit was the largest overcome by the Governors in school history. The previous largest deficit was 17 points, October 28th, 1978, when the Governors rallied from a 17-0 deficit to defeat Middle Tennessee, 28-17.
After owning a school-record 26 seniors in 2009, the Govs had half that many (13) in 2010. This season the Govs have even fewer, eight.
