Sounds Open Four-Game Homestand on MondayHomestand Highlighted By Money Monday and Taco Bell Throwback Thursday
Top prospects Eric Farris, Caleb Gindl, and Amaury Rivas are having great seasons for the Sounds, as the club has won of nine of its last 13 contests overall and making a charge for the PCL American Northern Division title. The Round Rock Express visit Music City for the first time in 2011 for Monday night’s 7:05pm homestand opener. Hot dogs are priced at only $1.00 at concession stands for Dollar Dog Night, while fans can register to win prizes and experiences involving Sounds manager Don Money for Money Monday. Part of a cross country tour, the Ocean Spray® Refreshment RV will be at Greer from Monday to Wednesday giving away samples of their products, coupons and other great giveaways. Gates open at 6:05pm. Tuesday night’s 7:05pm contest is KRAFT Singles Tuesday Night Tickets, when fans will be able to bring in a KRAFT Singles package wrapper/proof of purchase to the box office for a Buy One Get One Free ticket offer. Gates open at 6:05pm. As part of the family-friendly Kids Eat Free promotion, all kids 12 & under will receive a voucher for one free hot dog, one free small bag of chips, and free one soft drink with paid admission for Wednesday evening’s 7:05pm contest. Gates open at 6:05pm. Sounds players will be wearing retro 1980s-style uniforms on the homestand finale for Taco Bell Throwback Thursday, as fans enjoy concession stands filled with discounted pricing, such as $2.00 beer, $2.00 soft drinks, $2.00 hot dogs, $2.00 popcorn, and $2.00 nachos. Beer sales will conclude at the end of the 6th inning, while Slugger’s Sports Bar will sell until the end of game. Fans with Taco Bell receipts and college students with valid college IDs will receive $5.00 general admission tickets to the game. Game time is 7:05pm and gates open at 6:05pm. Following the homestand, Nashville will begin a four-game road trip against the state-rival Memphis Redbirds (Cardinals affiliate) before returning to home on Tuesday, June 21st to host an eight-game homestand against the divisional-rival Omaha Storm Chasers (Royals affiliate) and New Orleans Zephyrs (Marlins affiliate).
