New Boutique Opens in Historic Downtown Clarksville

Couture Crush a new style icon

Couture CrushClarksville, TN – Kaley Drew, a current APSU senior and Clarksville native, is launching a new fashion boutique in Historic Downtown Clarksville. Couture Crush is set to be the leader in fashion for women’s clothing in Clarksville and will feature clothing, accessories and much more.

Most girls Kaley’s age are still trying to figure out what they want to be when they grow up, but Kaley has known since she was little. “When I was 9, I began a small cottage business called “Girlfriends Forever”. I made jewelry and fashion accessories and sold them at a local craft fair,” remembers Kaley. As she grew older, her entrepreneurial spirit remained, as did her love for fashion. All this comes together to create Couture Crush.

Scheduled to open September 29th, Couture Crush is comprised of a collection of unique clothing designs and labels mixed with artful accessories ranging from traditional to chic. “My style could be described as feminine and playful. I enjoy mixing and matching styles and textures with statement accessories,” says Kaley. “My goal for each season is to fill Couture Crush with a blend of trends hot off the runway and traditional favorites.”

The shop, located on the 2nd Floor of Mildred & Mable’s on Franklin Street, will feature a variety of brands and merchandise usually only found in big cities – including C. Luce, Aryn K., Theme, frenZi, bluebird, and Judith March. Kaley hopes to provide local Clarksville residents with fresh designs, excellent customer service, and personal style advice, both at Couture Crush and also through her brand new blog – www.NeedWantLoveCC.com.

“My mother and father have always encouraged me to do my own thing and select a profession that would bring me joy and happiness,” says Kaley. “Opening Couture Crush comes down to one word, passion. I feel really lucky that I have something I love doing.”

“I have always had an infatuation with fashion, hence the name Couture Crush”, says Kaley. “I want Couture Crush to be the place you know you can find the right look for any occasion as well as get the advice you need to pull it off!”
