Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department has been working hard to put together the pieces of the puzzle of this weekends carjackings. CPD have arrested two men, and are following leads to implicate and arrest others involved.
The two men arrested, William Boughner, age 19 and Arion Boggs, age 18, have been tied to the carjacking of a woman in a VW Jetta which took place in the 1500 block of Nolen Road, Friday, July 19th, 2019 around 1:30am.

The VW Jetta was later located, unoccupied, in close proximity to another stolen vehicle out of Memphis Tennessee.
Boughner and Boggs were found inside of a stolen Nissan Versa on Sunday, July 21st, 2019, around 7:30pm after police received information the Nissan was in a business parking lot at the 2300 block of Madison Street.
The Nissan Versa had been stolen in a carjacking of a man at Waters Edge Drive, Saturday, July 20th, around 8:30pm. Police found alcohol, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a handgun inside of the stolen Nissan in which Boughner and Boggs were occupying.

Willam Boughner and Arion Boggs were booked into Montgomery County Jail and charged with: Carjacking, Two Counts Theft of Property, Possession of Alchohol by a Minor, Simple Possession, and Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia. Their bonds are set at $115,500.
