Washington, D.C. – This Veterans Day weekend, I honored the service and sacrifice of our troops by visiting Tennessee service members overseas in the Horn of Africa. In Djibouti and Somalia, I saw firsthand the true strength of our military and our efforts on the ground.
Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti is the only permanent U.S. military base in Africa. It is vital to our counterterrorism, antipiracy and regional stabilization efforts and our troops are hard at work here keeping China, Russia, and Islamist terrorist groups at bay. members overseas in the Horn of Africa. Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) has postponed natural gas system maintenance and service line upgrade work that began this summer in the Welchview subdivision to spring 2020 to avoid customer service disruptions and inconvenience during the winter months.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are trying to locate and would like to speak to Joshua Northington, age 30, who is a person of interest in the homicide of Antony Richardson, age 18.
On October 6th, 2019 at approximately 5:30pm, the Clarksville Police Department responded to Britton Springs Road, where Antony Richardson was found to have sustained severe injuries from gunfire.

Nashville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) reports that in Montgomery County from 7:00pm until 5:00am there will be resurfacing and curb ramp installation on SR 12 nightly.
There will be lane closures on SR 12 (Fort Campbell Boulevard) between Red River Bridge and the SR 374 junction.
